Whether you are camping or RVing, the choices range from private campgrounds and RV parks to provincial parks and recreation sites. While travelling the Alaska Highway, there are endless options at iconic sites like Muncho Lake, Stone Mountain, and Liard River Hot Springs provincial parks. Along the entire journey from Dawson Creek and into Yukon, there is somewhere spectacular to pull over and rest for the night. Further south, campgrounds and RV parks are scattered along the Peace River and outside the small communities between Prince George and Dawson Creek. Tumbler Ridge offers a variety of options including backcountry camping areas in Monkman Provincial Park.
